Manage member's UniKey account options

This form allows you to enable and disable optional UniKey services for a member of your billing group. These options include enabling VPN or Web access, changing their allocated amount of networked disk space or increasing the quota for their Central Mail email account.

To change a member's UniKey account options you need to:

  1. Type your UniKey in the UniKey field
  2. Type your UniKey password in the UniKey password field
  3. Type the UniKey of the group member whose options you are changing in the Group member's UniKey field
  4. Click Show options
  5. When the Extro Account - Change User Options screen displays, type the quota for disk space and/or select the account options you wish change

  6. Note: if a check box is ticked this means that option is enabled
  7. Type your UniKey in the Master User Login field
  8. Type your UniKey password in the Master User Password field
  9. Type the UniKey of the group member whose options you are changing in the Group member's UniKey field
  10. Click Change Options

A confirmation will display when you have successfully updated your member's UniKey account options.
